We contacted Lindross Remodeling to complete our home renovation because they had all five star reviews on the Internet. We were nervous because this was our "first" home renovation and we had seen many television shows where renovations went poorly. We had Lindross demolish our downstairs bathroom and rebuild it in another area of the house, which required them to cut into the foundation of the house. Then we had them remodel our kitchen along with installing a huge island and building a new pantry. The tricky part was the finishing touches to ensure that the new walls, trim, crown molding, tile, etc. matched the existing part of the house. Lindross Remodeling did an excellent job with our renovation!!! Everything turned out absolutely beautiful and you cannot tell that we changed the floor plan of the house because all of the finishing touches match perfectly to the existing ones! They truly strive to make their customers very happy, which in turn earns them their five star reputation! We would definitely use Lindross Remodeling again on future home renovations!

From start to finish, all the people from Lindross were professional, hardworking and clearly showed pride in their work. Rob Z, the sales manager, created a plan for our bathroom that far surpassed anything we had thought of; Amy, the designer that works with Lindross, is very talented & was able to quickly identify our own personal style and help with material selection so the finished product was just right. Brian insists that work begin only after all the materials are on site, so the renovations went much faster and smoother than I've experienced in the past. He also put a commercial HEPA filter in the room where the demolition was done to limit the dust and mess in the air and hired a cleaning crew to clean the room when they were finished! Rob K and all the other workmen that worked on the project were kind, helpful (and clean!) and demonstrated a high level of talent in their particular field of expertise. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone (and have done so to several of my friends) and will definitely be using them in the future when we move onto our kitchen remodel.

Exceptional in every way from planning to job completion!!! My project was completed ahead of schedule, on budget and with work quality that exceeded all expectations. I was hesitant to engage in a complete renovation of my master bathroom without moving out, but Lindross made it seamless. In fact, it was such a great experience they feel like family now, as do several of their subcontractors. There's a lot to be said for completely trusting the company you select - after all, they will have access to your valuables and personal items for weeks to months. Lindross went out of their way to earn my trust, as did all of their subcontractors. We have a child in our home and still felt comfortable with everyone inside our home. We also have 3 dogs and were worried about different trades constantly coming to the house, but it was a non-issue as the first thing they did every morning was spend a few minutes greeting the dogs to put them at ease for the rest of the day. Organization and communication is key to a successful project, especially when you have a demanding work schedule. Lindross uses the Buildertrend app so you can see exactly when workers will arrive, how long their portion of the job is expected to last and when your job will be completed. You can post pictures of ideas, ask questions, and they post progress pictures each day. Knowing they are a higher-end remodeling company, they carefully select each subcontractor with an emphasis on superior quality, attention to detail, trust, promptness, open communication and professionalism. I am incredibly detail-oriented so I was afraid it would be difficult to achieve the exact details I envisioned, but Lindross exceeded all expectations. They converted what was once a cringe-inducing builders-grade master bathroom into a spa paradise that takes my breath away. At the end of a busy day, I now retreat to my master bath spa paradise -- thanks to Lindross. If you want to avoid the "horror" stories you have heard about remodeling projects, hire Lindross - you will NOT be disappointed and you will make new friends along the way.

I will be the first to admit that picking a contractor for a major house remodel off of social media probably isn’t the traditional thing to do, but that’s how I first noticed Lindross Remodeling probably two years before we called them to look at our house. We needed a major remodel on our 1970s ranch house to make it more comfortable, create more storage and make it a house we’d want to live in for decades to come. Now about a month after the project has been done and we’ve lived in this beautiful space, I can honestly say it’s everything we wanted. The quality of the work is first-rate. Our project is modest compared to some of the high-end properties they work on, but I feel we still got the same first-class materials and workmanship. My kitchen is spectacular - it looks like the set of a Food Network show. We wanted materials that would stay beautiful for years to come and withstand our busy lives and two rambunctious dogs who like to play in the house. Erin and Amy’s design advice was fantastic. Any problem that came up was addressed, and while there were a few surprises that came with taking most of the interior of a nearly 50-year-old house down to the slab, it was nothing compared to the nightmare stories my friends have from working with other contractors. No job is perfect and since we’d never done anything like this before, there were some minor aspects I’d do differently, but nothing that would cause any major regrets. Like the entire construction industry, communication is really key. We enjoyed meeting and getting to know all the subs they sent to our job, from the demolition crews to the skilled craftsmen showed up on schedule, worked hard and did high-quality work. I feel like this company is building the kind of reputation where having a house that is a “Lindross Remodel” will add name-brand value to your home like only a handful of builders enjoy in the Tampa Bay Region. We’ve recommended them to our friends and neighbors, and are so glad that some of them are now close to hiring them as well
